   Product Manager/Product Owner responsible for the strategy, key objectives, and roadmap of First National Bank of Omaha’s digital credit card application platform and customer experience, processing more than 1.4M consumer and small business applications annually. Led one of FNBO’s strategic imperatives of 2019 to re-platform and improve the customer experience for both the consumer and small business digital credit card application, resulting in a 10% increase in conversion rate over its predecessor. Implemented a new administrative tool to improve the setup of new partner-based promotional credit card applications. Implemented a service-level alerting system that proactively notifies the product team of potential performance and/or compliance-related issues relative to the card application process, allowing developers to investigate issues prior to reports from customers and minimizing or eliminating possible impacts should problems arise. Lead monthly product readouts with business stakeholders which focuses on key product performance metrics, current and upcoming priorities on the roadmap, and decisions relative to ongoing initiatives. Partner with the Customer Experience team to gather and assess customer feedback relative to credit card applications and prioritize findings on the roadmap. Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure the credit card application experiences are within the existing regulatory space.
