Core responsibilities include:· Taking a lead of transitioning all project types, existing or newly created, andmaintaining of the new Transition framework.· Analyse, report and present to key stakeholders on operational impact of newonboarded services through incident analysis and reviewing of business cases.· Project manage a number of IT related initiatives.· The onboarding and transitioning of services that other parts of the business haveimplemented outside of IT, through engagement, communication, and Transitionframework.· Gather all necessary information for the CMDB through onboarding of initiatives.· Root cause analysis and investigation of any errors in transactions
