Certified Public Accountant (CPA): expert at transnational advisory services and related professional training for SME’s and Public Companies in Germany and the U.S. I operate in two arenas being consulting (advisory) and professional training (education). My focus is on transnational projects. I have significant experience in public accounting and assurance related services and am experienced at training accounting professionals at various levels. I have regularly liaised with public accounting firms, tax advisers, and lawyers working on attest engagements and consulting projects as a Senior Auditor/Consultant (contractor), always meeting deadlines and client expectations. I have completed projects for German companies with American based operations, and American companies with German operations, ensuring alignment with group policies and compliance with respective regulatory regimes. I have worked with clients to streamline accounting processes, prepare separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and US-GAAP, and train staff members to implement best practices. In all roles I fully engage to build trust and drive common objectives, irrespective of company size or project volume.
