My passion is applying leadership to international million-euro software projects.I manage high-speed automatic baggage and logistics handling projects worldwide. Examples : airports in Paris, Doha, Mexico City, Toronto. and postal services in France, Australia. The size of my teams is often ~20 software/hardware architects, developers, and suppliers. Technologies are mostly high-level : Java, C#, SharePoint and Windows physical/virtualized servers, and low-level : Siemens Tia Portal or s7-400 PLCs. I\'m a certified PMI Project Management Professional/PMP and execute projects under certified CMMI Level 3 and Cyber Security IEC 62443 + ISO 27001. I\'ve furthermore been part of migration to SAP and Cyber Security process & projects.
