As a Digital Architect at Insight, I analyse marketing automation platforms to provide insights for bespoke solutions, contribute to achieving overall business objectives, and act as the technical resource for cross-functional teams. I lead the automation of processes and develop new solutions within the MarTech landscape, making recommendations for new systems, tools, and processes. I design, develop, evaluate, and deploy data management and business intelligence solutions, collaborating closely with internal clients to understand their business requirements, and design solutions for data warehousing, data architecture, data processing, and data analysis. I design bespoke marketing automation solutions for EMEA-wide clients, driving best practice in data strategy and digital engagement, manage application implementation activity, and refine solution architecture for the MarTech stream. I establish and direct proof of concepts in innovation, share technology solutions with other stakeholders, and lead cross-functional and cross-regional projects.I utilise Insight\'s data warehouse to drive target-driven marketing solutions and nurture streams, take corrective action to respond to activities that are not progressing to plan, and ensure all developments meet all requirements.
