I’m a strategic executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, profitability, and industry impact in global, capital-intensive businesses. Most recently, I served in senior leadership roles at Novelis, the world’s largest producer of flat-rolled aluminum and a global leader in sustainable aluminum solutions.At Novelis, I led a $2.5B North American beverage packaging business with full accountability across commercial strategy, customer partnerships, technical performance, and quality, as well as global key account leadership for some of the company’s most strategic customers. My work included negotiating long-term enterprise agreements, enabling multi-billion-dollar capital investments, launching new sustainable products, and delivering meaningful improvements in margin, reliability, and customer satisfaction across complex supply chains.Beyond company leadership, I’ve played an active role shaping broader industry priorities, serving in national trade and industry leadership positions focused on sustainability, recycling, and global trade policy.
