As a communications consultant and a social media expert, I help organizations connect with their audiences and achieve their goals. I have over 20 years of experience in higher education, working at UC Berkeley as the director of social media and the interim director of interactive media. I have developed and led award-winning social media campaigns, such as the Big Give, which raised $12.2 million from 14.4k donations in 24 hours.
