About Scott Pomarico
I am a Principal Scientist in the Materials Center at Kenvue. In my current role, I lead and streamline raw material reliability and robustness efforts to enhance the Global Consumer portfolio.Before joining Kenvue, I was an Applications Scientist in Croda’s Health Care division. As a member of their New Product Development team, I focused on the design and improvement of syntheses pathways and purification processes to yield high-quality excipients for use in prescription drugs and biologics. Prior to Croda, I pursued a doctoral degree in Chemistry at New York University. My research at NYU focused on the development of chiral helical polymers and their incorporation into both supramolecular and covalent block copolymers to attain synthetic analogues of protein-inspired structural domains.
