As Custom Design Manager, I run the Custom Design Department quoting custom job prices for the Sales Department, working to contract and train new designers, managing designers\' workloads and assigning jobs to those best-suited to do the best work, working as a liaison between customers and designers, making sure that designs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring the designers are paid for completed work.
