With over 35 years of experience in the communications and transportation industries, I am a customer experience leader who is passionate about delivering the best solutions and services to our clients. As the EVP of Customer Experience at ORBCOMM, I oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from sales support to technical support, and ensure that we meet and exceed our customers\' expectations and needs.
