ABOUT OLGA SPERLINGA
Successful career in hospitality, in particular gaming industry gave me opportunity to gain vast experience in multiple aspects of gaming, including data management, account management, segmentation, retention, loyalty programs, budgeting, risk management and customer support. To follow my passion for data analisys and continue professional growth I have joined Accenture and have been through various upskilling trainings including Oracle cloud application, ETL processes, data management and analysis. My analytical mind, adaptivity and transferable skills gained over the years allowed me to transition successfully to the IT field. I can communicate with different types of characters, enjoy being part of the team but also able to work on my own.
