I provide 1:1 and small group counseling to 270 9th-12th grade students in college and career,academic and social emotional counseling which includes 51 students with special needs, migrant, foster youth, English language learners, Latinx student population. I conduct suicide risk assessments for students with suicidal ideation and connect students and families to mental health agencies and or community law enforcement to protect student’s life. I coordinate 2 school-wide events in collaboration with team of six counselors in Fall and Spring for all 1,770 students to connect them to colleges and job/career opportunities after high school. I analyze and document daily student data which consists of academic grades, attendance, and behavior conduct to provide data-informed and research-based interventions for student success
