At some point, even a successful life can feel quietly misaligned.On paper, things look fine. You’ve built a solid career. You’re capable, responsible, and trusted. But internally, questions start to surface:Is this all there is? Am I living my life or someone else’s? Can I make a big change?I work with ambitious professionals at a career crossroads — where an old version of work no longer fits, but the next chapter hasn’t fully emerged. It’s to help you reconnect with yourself so the path forward feels clearer, more grounded, and genuinely yours. We do both inner and outer work — the patterns and beliefs underneath what’s keeping you stuck, and the practical next steps that build real momentum.I know this terrain personally. I left a stable career in HR and Total Rewards to transition into UX writing and eventually into coaching. Along the way, I had to confront the deeper patterns underneath my ambition: performance, identity, and the fear of walking away from something that “looked good on paper.” I also came out later in life, which forced me to re-examine what a successful life was at a deeper level.The clients I work with often arrive feeling stuck, self-doubting, or torn between competing versions of who they think they “should” be. They leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a plan they can actually follow. Some move into leadership. Some change roles. Some start businesses.Before coaching, I spent over a decade working in HR, Total Rewards, and user experience, where I helped organizations think about value, growth, and communication. I’ve also been a writer for most of my life, drawn to how people make meaning, tell themselves stories, and imagine what’s possible.
