In my 3rd year I designed, implemented and executed a third bar location to further expand and capitalize on untapped revenue streams. By further streamlining our bar program we have realized a 144% increase in net revenue year to date. I redesigned, expanded and negotiated a new food truck concessions contract with current projections to nearly triple our net revenue year over year. With the guidance of my Director we met with the San Francisco Fire Department to safely and effectively increase our overall capcity by 20%. I negotiated a mid term walk thru weapons detection contract thereby making our patron experience entry and search areas more friendly also making them less employee intensive lowering our employee costs. Worked in tandem with Development, Marketing and Operations to build one of the best non profit free music venues in the nation.
