I’ve supervised teams, managed millions in transactions, mastered client-facing roles, and learned how to build lasting trust, whether over a banquet table, a service counter, or from across a desk.Currently, I serve as a Consultation Experience Specialist at Sono Bello’s Huntsville, AL consultation center, where I manage patient intake, surgical scheduling, and financial collections. I was also selected to help launch the BallancerPro lymphatic massage program, where I now oversee all post-op treatments and drive direct contract sales, earning the nickname “The BallancerPro King” by upper leadership.My journey has been full of pivot points, from the abrupt end of my real estate career due to COVID, to finding a workplace that finally makes me feel valued, supported, and seen.    I serve as the Consultation Experience Specialist at one of our high performing consultation centers here in Huntsville, AL. As the first point of contact, I create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient walking through our doors. This can be reflected by our Google/Birdeye reviews where I’m honored to be mentioned by name on several occasions.I manage patient check ins/patient profile updates, coordinate pre-op and surgical scheduling, and ensure accurate handling of all invoices and financing. Since joining in April 2023, I\'ve personally overseen or handled nearly $10 million in collections from patients and various financing partners. This is a responsibility I approach with precision and care. I, also, oversee the safe transfer of funds through secure deposits and money transfer services.In addition to these duties, I was one of few to help spearheaded the successful launch of BallancerPro (Lymphatic Massage) in our center. Dubbed “The BallancerPro King” by direct leadership, I not only manage all post-surgery treatment sessions but also act as a center based salesperson for this service, securing contracts even for nonsurgical clients.Recognition from the company has been humbling and motivating.
