My personal philosophy can be summed up by something Walt Disney once said,\"If you can dream it, you can do it.\" This statement has given me the courage to pursue and successfully complete several personal, educational and professional undertakings. To this day, it continues to motivate and drive me to excel and better myself.In 2019 I crushed one of my goals by landing a Talent Manager role with lululemon - my DREAM company! Five+ years later with lululemon, I now lead a team of incredible Talent Managers who recruit for our North American Store Support Centres across several business areas. Aside from recruitment and #joblove, my other passions include: connection with people + nature, mentorship + leadership, reading, health + wellbeing, learning new skills in the kitchen, laughter, and learning/working on systems + new tech.
