About Spencer X. Smith
After starting my career at IBM during the Y2K days, I\'ve always been an early adopter of new technology so I can teach others what I\'m learning. This passion for teaching has resulted in over 500 in-person speeches, including at the New York Stock Exchange, Gillette Stadium in Boston, and Dodger Stadium in L.A.From 20••••15, I was a 401(k) wholesaler and since then, have presented annually at the NAPA 401(k) Summit, the nation\'s largest retirement plans conference.The advent of \"DeFi Summer\" in 2020 got me really interested in blockchain and digital assets. I\'m among the first graduates of the Economics of Blockchain & Digital Assets program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.I spend every day learning & working in digital assets, and I love sharing what I\'m figuring out with you here on LinkedIn.
