   I serve as a Project Manager within BF & S’s Program Management department, supporting public agencies through every phase of project delivery — from early planning and procurement strategy to construction oversight and closeout.My work focuses heavily on alternative procurement methods, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Guaranteed Savings Contracts (GSC), and traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery.
