Hey! Spencer here - I am the Director of Operations at Saratech. We are the leading engineering company that provides innovative and scalable solutions to a wide variety of industries. As the Director of Operations I bounce around to all of our business units and uncover ways to do what we do now but better, faster, smarter and more effectively - not just for the business and the bottom line. but also for the employees. I am also the founder of Catalytic Consulting, a consulting firm that I started in college as a way to ensure I get my dream job right after I graduate. It quickly turned into just that as it became a way for me to explore, create, and implements solutions for any client who crossed our path. WIth a degree in Strategic and Corporate Communication from Chapman University I studied the science behind how people perceive information. Everything from marketing, psychology, sociology, business and more. I have multiple certifications to support the activities I\'m passionate about. Currently I am extremely passionate about using AI in ways to provide unique solutions to problems we didn\'t even know to call problems.
