About Spencer Mellon

As a Senior Support Analyst at Bolt, I provide technical support to hundreds of merchants who use Bolt\'s API first product. I leverage my skills in troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. I mentor and coach new and existing support analysts, and contribute to the improvement of processes and policies. In addition to these responsibilities, I also own my organizations OKR related to product feedback, ensuring that product and tech are aware of our merchant\'s pain points. Before joining Bolt, I was deployed with the military in an advisory role to the Afghan National Army. Later in the deployment, I became the Aide-de-camp to the area of operations Commanding General. This role was a fascinating one where I operated with a great deal of influence, despite having little official control. I also have over five years of experience in recruiting, working for leading companies like Facebook and Netflix. I specialized in finding and hiring top talent in the design field as well as technical executive leaders. I have a degree from The Citadel, where I learned valuable skills and knowledge in leadership, ethics, and teamwork. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the world.
