My academic journey includes earning a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina, with a particular emphasis on cognitive neuroscience. Over the course of my 10+ year career, I\'ve cultivated a versatile skill set that encompasses neuroimaging (MRI/EEG), electrophysiology, surgical procedures, signal processing, and comprehensive behavioral testing. My research contributions extend beyond alcohol withdrawal seizures, as I\'ve actively participated in projects related to stroke, traumatic brain injury, and multisensory integration.
