That means everything from strategic SharePoint migrations and Power Automate workflows to hands-on Copilot training programs that actually change how people work day-to-day.For the American Red Cross, I designed and delivered an 8-week Microsoft 365 Copilot program — training 80 participants in the first cohort — built around real use cases, a custom prompt library, and department-specific solutions.
