Talent Acquisition Leader with exceptional resilience, flexibility, and a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem—from frontline clinical care to payer reimbursement and strategic workforce development. I oversee Talent Acquisition Programs and Academic Partnerships for a large regional health system with more than employees, including a Level II Trauma Center and Magnet-designated medical center, where I drive systemwide initiatives that secure long-term, sustainable talent pipelines.My career began with a Registered Nurse diploma, advancing through frontline and Charge Nurse roles in a major academic medical center. I later transitioned into managed care, spending a decade in third party payor case management before moving into talent acquisition. This broad clinical-to-corporate trajectory allows me to anticipate workforce needs, build strong partnerships, and align recruitment strategies with complex organizational goals.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Healthcare Management and am recognized for my strategic insight, adaptability, and deep industry knowledge across the full continuum of care and healthcare operations. I represent Valley Health on the local, regional, and statewide stage, advocating for our mission, building partnerships, and showcasing the impact of our programs and value of employment with Valley Health.
