ABOUT SPENCER WALLACE

I am a Data Scientist at SAS working on analytics for Customer Insights. I previously worked as a Data Scientist at AXA UK, where I applied my skills in Python to analyze data and create insights for the insurance industry. I have a MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and a BA in American History and Spanish from Bates College, which have given me a broad and diverse perspective on the world and its challenges.As a Data Scientist, I have worked on projects such as developing a k-means clustering algorithm to segment customers based on their risk profiles, building data pipelines to automate data collection and processing, and creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. I was also a Teaching Assistant for General Assembly\'s data science immersive course, where I helped students learn the fundamentals of data science and apply them to real-world problems. I am passionate about using data to make a positive impact on society and the environment, and I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other data enthusiasts and experts.
