As a Director at Roseview, I:• Source and underwrite viable acquisition opportunities for Lemonade, an investment program dedicated to acquiring vacant single-tenant retail properties, such as bank branches, across the United States• Create value by repositioning vacant retail assets – either through renovation or redevelopment – for their next users and into more productive uses that benefit the community • Take lead responsibility for asset management of a medium-sized portfolio of Lemonade properties• In 2019, Roseview merged into Madison Marquette, then we spun back out as an independent company in 2023.
