As the Educational Program Manager for ACUHO-I, I am a leader on our Education team in providing events, both in-person and virtual, for our members from across the globe to enrich their professional development and enhance their workplace skills. Through our efforts, we seek to support and move forward the field of Residence Life and Housing on college campuses, both on programmatic and individual levels. Some of these initiatives include conferences, career development programs, and online education opportunities. In all these areas, volunteer leader management is crucial to the success of our programs and events. • Manages the Academic Initiatives Conference and the Business Operations Conferences, with each undertaking consisting of planning the four-day event, developing the program tracks for attendees, contracting keynote speakers, identifying subject matter experts to serve as presenters, and guiding the volunteer leaders assisting with this annual conference.• Directs the ACUHO-I Housing Internship Program, which connects over host institutions and internship candidates annually. Performed a complete overhaul of our web platform, matchmaking process, and the addition of numerous positive customer service processes upon taking on this program.• Directs STARS College, an immersive program geared toward undergraduate students who are considering a career in student affairs. • Coordinates the ACUHO-I Virtual Roundtable Series, bringing our members together virtually, devoting attention and energy to vital, salient topics that are being dealt with on college campuses. • Manages budgets for each specific program or event that I oversee, totaling over
