   Lead the governance and contract aspects of the American Express National Bank (AENB) affiliate management program, including methodology, process, and governance framework.• Create and maintain service level agreements and related performance metrics, and ensure all activities are executed in accordance with Regulation W-23B and the Interagency Guidance on Third Party Relationships: Risk Management.• Lead the ongoing refinement of program governance for AENB affiliate relationships, including the development and implementation of new governance processes and improvements, ensuring adherence to AENB’s Third-Party Management Policy.• Maintain strong working relationships with key business partners in the Bank and the affiliate, including but not limited to: US Consumer Services, Global Commercial Services, Global Servicing Group, Credit and Fraud Risk, Technology, Legal, and Finance/Controllership.• Ensure Bank and Affiliate agreement owners are aware of and working on timely remediation of gaps closures where applicable.• Manage audit and exams from regulators, internal audit, and 2nd line testing functions, including project managing remediation efforts of any findings that may come from those.• Maintain the set of standards, procedures, and processes to drive compliance with AENB’s Third-Party Management Policy and the Interagency Guidance on Third Party Relationships: Risk Management.• Work with the Control Management team to define and manage controls within the Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA) program.• Execute affiliate management board and committee reporting including a variety of reports such as risk and performance metric performance, gap management.
