My work sits at the intersection of leadership, human development, and transformational growth.Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across a wide range of industries. As the co-founder and Principal Consultant of GCR Solutions, a minority-owned recruitment and talent consulting firm, I spent nearly a decade helping organizations build high-performing teams while advocating for greater diversity and opportunity in leadership.Those experiences taught me that the most successful organizations are built not only through strategy and performance, but through strong relationships, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to human growth.Today I work as a Senior Account Executive, while also pursuing a PhD in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My doctoral work explores themes of leadership, transformation, and how individuals and organizations navigate complexity, resilience, and meaning-making in times of change.My professional journey has been shaped by several formative experiences — including five years as a collegiate football athlete, founding and building a consulting firm, and navigating my own personal path of recovery and transformation. These experiences continue to inform how I approach leadership, partnership, and human development.Across my work in business, coaching, and scholarship, I remain deeply interested in helping individuals and organizations cultivate environments where performance, purpose, and human flourishing can grow together
