About Spencer Coats

I am a Supply Chain Management major from Penn State University currently working at KOHLER company as a Sr. Manager for Production Scheduling and Adherence. I have been blessed in my career to be able to experience many different areas in the Supply Chain through Plan, Source, Make, Deliver. Most of my experience has been in the Plan functions on both the supply and demand side of the business. I love being at the beginning of the supply chain where you can make impacts downstream to easier, and more efficiently deliver for our customers.
