ABOUT SPENCER BEVERIDGE

I started my career as a conductor at CN and worked my way through roles in dispatch, network operations, service design, and engineering. Over the past decade, I’ve managed teams, led operational projects, and helped improve how CN runs its network across Canada.My experience covers both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning. I’ve worked in crisis response, crew planning, terminal optimization, and infrastructure project support. I’ve also developed tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and Smartsheet to improve visibility and decision-making.I’ve led large teams, worked across departments, and supported leadership on initiatives involving safety, service reliability, and capital planning.
