About Spencer Young
At BPG, I oversee a team that handles the day-to-day accounting for the new projects under development in the company’s portfolio. I work closely with ownership to produce financial reports, capital calls, funding requests, and check runs. I am one of the members involved in the closing process for new deals and acquisitions. I serve as the main point of contact with our lenders throughout construction until the property is placed-in-service. I also am the lead contact on external audits to assure our projects are meeting the established requirements for cost certifications to receive grant rebates and/or tax credit funding.
