Design and execute clinician recruitment strategies, incorporating comprehensive financial analyses to align with organizational goals. Oversee management of facilities as large as square feet. Led division-wide efforts to establish and manage 10 drive-up COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites, serving thousands of patients daily. Collaborated with operations, lab teams, and community partners to ensure efficient service delivery and public health impact. Led a multidisciplinary team in the design and construction of a square foot,$50 million, multi-specialty clinic, delivering the project on time and within budget.
