ABOUT SPENCER PROULX
Hi, I’m Spencer I graduated in 2025 from Western University with a dual degree in Biology (BSc) and Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School. Over my time at Western I was a part of the men’s varsity lacrosse helping the team win back to back championships. My passion sits at the intersection of healthcare and business. At Klick Health, I turn complex science into stories and strategies that help life sciences companies realize their full potential, bringing new treatments to patients smarter and faster. From bold creative solutions to data, AI, and go-to-market execution, I’m a strategist who loves solving tough problems, pushing past the obvious, and challenging assumptions to move the needle forward. Originally from Welland, Ontario, I’ve been shaped by experiences across sports, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. From leading hospital strategy projects to building ventures to competing on the national stage in lacrosse, I thrive where strategy, systems, and people come together. I’m energized by tackling hairy problems, learning with curiosity, and raising the bar for myself and those around me. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing sports, experimenting in the kitchen (still a work in progress), or getting lost in a good book.
