Spencer is the Vice President, Head of Operations of Liberty Mutual Canada, a division of Liberty Mutual’s Global Risk Solutions – a $23B global commercial insurance business. He is responsible for overseeing the underwriting operations, business strategy, and enablement teams for LMCs commercial property, casualty, and specialty lines business.Most recently, Spencer served as the Director of Strategic Operations for GRS North America, where he was responsible for executing on the underwriting and operations strategies aimed at driving efficiency and effectiveness across the operating model. Spencer joined Liberty Mutual in 2012 and has held leadership positions across strategy, analytics, claims, and operations. Spencer has a BS in Finance from Bentley University, an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a licensed Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
