As the National Program Manager of Dog Training, I lead the strategic development and execution of dog training services across a nationwide network of pet care centers. In this role, I operate a flagship facility while also traveling to other locations to oversee the successful rollout of key programs—including enrichment services, group classes, private training sessions, and board & train offerings. I work cross-functionally with stakeholders at every level of the organization—from C-suite executives to center managers, front-line staff, and trainers—to align our training services with broader business goals. With direct access to marketing, membership, retention, and revenue data, I help drive growth through optimized programming, staff development, and high-impact customer experiences. My focus is on creating scalable systems that enhance service quality, increase profitability, and elevate the standard of dog training nationwide.
