ABOUT SPENCER LINDSAY

I’m a dedicated and focused Building Professional with a stringent attention to detail and process. I have a 25 year successful track record in the delivery of Construction, Property and Infra-structure projects at Manager and Director Level. In addition to this I have Programme Management experience when I delivered a UK & Eire rolling programme of works for a Global Corporate Client, reporting into a PMO as part of a broader Pan European commission (circa £150m capex p/a). Whilst managing and maintaining the project budget and programme are essential non-negotiable Client deliverables. I strive for excellence through continuous improvement, innovation and the thorough management of risk and change. I possess confident interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and inclusiveness, ensuring effective communications with all project stakeholders. These traits are vital for the success of any project. I have excellent team leadership and line management experience; a broad range of multidisciplinary skill sets to a professional standard including: Project Management, Quantity Surveying, technical design, planning and regulatory requirements, procurement, tendering, contract administration and contract negotiations that have been acquired during my career, allowing me to be a holistic and forward thinking Project, Programme and Development Director.
