   Recruited by clinic partners to turn practice around financially and operationally while providing administrative leadership of Anchorage’s most prominent OB-GYN clinic. Led strategic planning focusing on patient centered service excellence. Participated in recruitment, wrote contracts, credentialed, and onboarded new OB-GYN physicians and partners which increased gross receipts by 34%. Rewrote operating agreement in collaboration with shareholders. Negotiated and reviewed payer contracts with Aetna, United Health Care, and Premera BCBS, which resulted in increases in rates. Brought billing in-house, overseeing establishment of billing department, recruited Director of Revenue Cycle Management, reviewed reimbursement procedures, updated fee schedule, and am supervising billing processes to increase net collections. Launched continuous improvement initiative to increase patient satisfaction and volume, enhance interpersonal staff relationships, improve operational effectiveness, and increase net income. Wrote strategic marketing plan, including community and competition assessment and analysis of growth opportunities, with recommendations for provider recruitment and practice promotion. Managing advertising and public relations, including a refresh of the website, new social media program, participation in community races such as the Alaska Run for Women, and attendance at events such as the Cancer Society Gala, Covenant House Gala, and the Best of Alaska. Oversaw clinic response to the 2018 Alaska 7.1 earthquake, including ensuring staff safety and securing facilities.
