ABOUT SPENCER KERRIGAN
Spencer joined Voit Real Estate Services in January of 2013 as a retail specialist. He is a San Diego native an SDSU alumnus, and a second generation retail broker. Spencer has worked on hundreds of transactions, with leasing on both landlord and tenant representation, including shopping centers, specialty buildings, mixed use buildings, ground leases, ground-up development and redevelopment. Spencer has also been involved with a number of owner/user and investment sales. Spencer is very attentive to his clients’ specific needs and is always reachable. He prides himself in responding to clients and prospects as quickly as possible and goes above and beyond to work toward a successful transaction for all involved. Spencer has been involved with over $200 Million in total consideration on local retail transactions.
