While there, he successfully delivered multi-million-dollars in new developments, underscoring his experience in impactful, community-focused projects.Spencer is the Founding Chair of the Scholarship Committee on the First Tee of Greater Detroit Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), contributing to best practices in land use and development. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Xavier University and a professional certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
