As a Clinical Systems Analyst, I apply my expertise in Epic Beaker, Data Innovations, and middleware interface systems to optimize the clinical workflows and data quality of the laboratory department. I have over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, with certifications in Epic Beaker CP, HIT, and HL7. I am passionate about improving the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of laboratory operations, as well as enhancing the user experience and satisfaction of the laboratory staff and clinicians. I am proficient in test building, result print mapping, mapped record testing and validation. In addition to LIS management, system upgrades and enhancements, problem-solving and troubleshooting, and user training and support. I have also trained super users in Epic Beaker and participated in the testing and validation of Beaker builds and workflows.With my experience in an Epic Go-Live, and tackling a huge implementation with 4 large hospitals. My knowledge surpasses the most extreme issues. I have transitioned this knowledge to support a large and well known Children’s hospital assisting them with a project go-live of new Chemistry analyzers. After extensive project goals, strict timelines, and comprehensive build, testing and validating. The hospital received awards for a successful go-live with minimal downtime to support over 100 new laboratory tests into their system.
