As a Finance Intern with the Free Clinic project at UCI, I contributed to the organization\'s mission of serving underserved communities and giving back to the Orange County area. My key responsibilities included- Submitting grant applications to secure increased funding, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization- Collaborating closely with the Treasurer to organize and report financial accounts, maintaining accurate and transparent financial records- Assisting in the interview process for new class interns for the finance committee, helping to build a capable and dedicated team- Creating health bags for children, promoting proper dental and physical hygiene within the community.Additionally, I expanded my impact by joining APAIT (Asian and Pacific Islander Aids Intervention Team) as an intern. In this role, I served the homeless population and those living with AIDS and diagnosed with HIV, contributing to their well-being and support.Through these experiences, I developed a strong foundation in financial management, community outreach, and public health advocacy, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
