For the Computational Cognitive Development Lab, studying under Dr. Deon BentonParticipant in 2025 Vanderbilt University Summer Research Program, crafting/creating my own research study with PI Benton. My study addresses both child development and AI, specifically the cognitive capabilities of children to do contrastive learning, a frequently utilized machine learning technique. The study involves both data being collected on-site from child subjects and building neural networks(SRN and Siamese) to compare and contrast the way both learn.
