I lead the Iridius AI agentic infrastructure research program, designing and operationalising large-scale systems that make autonomy, interpretability and robust governance a feature built in from the ground up. My focus is on accelerating Responsible AI adoption: embedding safety evaluations, policy aligned guardrails and continuous monitoring directly into the development pipeline so that innovation and compliance work together.Drawing on a decade in machine learning and my leadership role with the OpenAI Developer Community Forum, I maintain a live vantage point on emerging architectures, tooling and community driven best practices. This dual perspective of hands on R&D leadership and real-time ecosystem insight allows me to translate cutting edge generative AI breakthroughs into deployable, enterprise-ready capabilities. Guiding cross-functional teams, advising executive stakeholders or shaping open source contributions, my aim is to educate, advise and help shape the future of AI in enterprise environments.
