As Group Compliance Officer I am responsible for all global compliance activities of SCOR and its subsidiaries. This includes proactive development, implementation and execution of of Group Guidelines and Policies, as well as establishment, operation and ownership of an effective and efficient compliance framework addressing relevant compliance risks of the Group, including compliance risk assessments, awareness raising and training, advise on escalated compliance issues, establishment of processes and controls to mitigate compliance risks for all applicable regimes, including Solvency II, OFAC, anti-money laundering, data privacy/protection/transfer, and anti-fraud, as well as and other requirements dictated by various local jursidictions in which SCOR operates.
