My career and education in property management started in 2010 as a Leasing Consultant. I quickly learned the fast-paced environment and the strong will that was required to remain in the industry. In my tenure, I have overseen the daily operations of the multi-family apartment complexes. I managed a 2-to-8-person team, consisting of office staff and maintenance staff members. I managed and maintained positive tenant relationships during my tenure at each site, some of which did have tenant associations. I have managed apartment complexes as small as 83 units to 650 units spread throughout Greater Boston. I have managed multiple capital budget projects extending from roof replacement, HVAC replacement, concrete and asphalt work, security system installation, unit remodels, and much more. I have experience with Market-based apartment communities, Affordable/LIHTC communities and 100% Government Subsidized Housing.
