ABOUT SUSIE PHILLIPS-BAKER

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chief Psychologist at Lexxic, specialising in organisational development, leadership capability, and neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace.My work focuses on helping organisations apply evidence-based psychology to create environments where people with different thinking styles can thrive. I work with organisations to develop neuroinclusive workplace strategies, strengthen leadership capability, and design development programmes that support both individual and organisational performance.Alongside my consultancy work, I have held academic leadership roles including Course Director of the BPS-accredited MSc Business Psychology programme at Arden University. I have also contributed to leadership development and coaching initiatives across consultancy, higher education, and the public sector.I am particularly interested in helping organisations move beyond awareness of neurodiversity towards practical, sustainable approaches that support neurodivergent employees and enable more inclusive and effective workplaces.My work typically includes: • Neurodiversity and inclusive workplace strategy • Leadership development and executive coaching • Organisational psychology and assessment • Speaking and professional development on workplace psychologyI am always interested in conversations about leadership, workplace culture, and neurodiversity, and in collaborating on initiatives that aim to build more inclusive organisations.
