Award-winning, 25-year veteran sports writer, editor, videographer, broadcaster and web producer in Connecticut. Have worked for the New Haven Register\'s GameTimeCT.com website since its launch in August 2013 and into its purchase in 2017 by Hearst Connecticut Media.Spent nine years at Connecticut Post and Hearst Connecticut Media group, including five as the head high school sports writer/columnist at Connecticut Post, and the last four as the online sports producer for the entire Hearst chain, including Connecticut Post, Stamford Advocate, Danbury News-Times and Greenwich Time. Recruited to become inaugural editor/producer for GameTimeCT in August 2013.Have won regional editing and writing awards from the Connecticut Society of Professional Journalists, the New England Press Association, Associated Press New England News Exectutive Association, and two national writing awards from the Associated Press Sports Editors.Video work has appeared on numerous local, national and international media outlets, including WFSB, CT Sports Now, WTNH, Good Morning America, ABC News, ESPN, FoxSports, NBC Sports and on Nickelodeon and the BBC.Was also a panelist on CPTV Sports\' Beyond the Beat, which ran from 2015-16 and appears often on local sports broadcasts.Previous stops include a semester as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac, five years as a weekly sports editor in the New Haven Register\'s newspaper chain and a college sports writer, editor and newspaper co-founder of The Student Voice at Syracuse University. Began career at Syracuse University\'s prestigious student newspaper, The Daily Orange (19••••97).
