We establish a relationship that will continue to benefit both employers and candidates for years to come.My Roles & Responsibilities Includes : •Undertake exceptional candidate selection, assessment and presentation processes to match/exceeds client\'s expectations• Ensure quality services are provided through management of clients\' queries and concerns• Perform supporting administrative functions including clients and candidates information records update and billing information.•Implementation of strategies to recruit quality candidates.•Coordinating with external agencies/vendors.•Maintaining the internal database and promoting employee referral schemes.• Maintaining & updating database by Active Head Hunting.•Screen candidates through aptitude tests as well as personal/ telephonic interview rounds.•Relationship Management by providing added value expertise to the stakeholders throughout and after each round of interviews.•Prospecting and Adding Value to the Existing Client Base.•Responsible for the compensation fitment as per the HR policies•Maintaining the reports till the candidate reach for the final interview Stage.
