Develop and implement revenue and profit maximizing strategies for all AFS business unites that support future growth and optimal client experience. Develop and streamline data collection process, including data cleansing, data integration and data validation, across multiple internal and external systems or data sources. Leveraging cutting-edge techniques and innovative approach, establish predictive models in support of pricing, sales, and operations activities. Formulate and design scientific models to analyze shipping, customer, pricing, and cost data to build insightful reports and dashboards to support both internal and external customer needs. Analyze individual or aggregated client transportation data to identify and quantify savings opportunities via contract optimization, service optimization and network optimization. Monitor industry trend and competitive intelligence to ensure AFS provides timely adjustments on service offerings and pricing positions. Present analysis and recommendations via data visualization techniques; leverage data to create compelling business cases to drive actionable insights.
