With a robust background in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and market intelligence, Sparsha leads the company\'s strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.Sparsha joined SThree in January 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her previous senior roles in leading Fintech and consulting firms.
